What to include
- A clear subject line (for example: Correction, Privacy, Refund, General).
- The relevant URL when the message concerns a specific page.
- For corrections: the passage and the public source that supports the change.
- For privacy requests: enough detail to identify the request without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
